One of the joys of being on holiday is having the time to enjoy good food with good company. That's why we begin with a menu consultation with your private chef - preferences, allergies, the cuisines you love. Every breakfast, afternoon tea, and four-course dinner is built around that conversation, with menus that change daily and ingredients sourced locally where possible. The rest is entirely up to you.

We work with local sommeliers in Verbier and Méribel to build a wine list that pairs well with your menus and your palate. Champagne is waiting on arrival. From there, your host can guide you through the cellar - regional Alpine wines, classic French labels, and bottles from further afield.
Your dedicated host is the heartbeat of the chalet. Discerning in every moment, they read the room and take care of everything from restaurant bookings to the quiet details that make a stay feel effortless. By the second evening, they know your favourite tea and your nightcap of choice. Because luxury is personal.
Your Armadillo concierge is with you before you arrive and throughout your stay. Pre-arrival, we plan everything ahead of your trip - from airport transfers and ski hire to paragliding, heli scenic tours, wine masterclasses, and cheese making experiences. Once you arrive, your in-chalet concierge is on hand daily to handle whatever the day brings. All requests are subject to availability and should be made at least four weeks prior to arrival.
While you're on the mountain, the chalet takes care of itself. Daily housekeeping, fresh Aesop amenities, towels changed mid-week - so that when you walk back through the door, everything is exactly as it should be. All you have to do is relax and enjoy every moment.
Your driver is available every day from 08:00 to 22:00 - from first lifts to last orders. The day is entirely yours, at your own rhythm
